He was predeceased by: his close friend Christopher Chad Waters. He is survived by: his father Eddy; his wife Melissa Bell; his daughter Ainsley Bell; his in-laws, Bob and Brenda Tranbarger; his children, Caleb, Andrew, Cameron Waters, Austin Statham and Mary Caroline Bowman; his siblings, Ryan Bell, Katie Hancock and Kristin Everheart; his friend Jeffery Bolla; and his pets, Kenzie and Bruce. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, November 13th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Galilee United Methodist Church (45425 Winding Rd, Sterling, VA 20165). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, November 13th 2025 from 3:30 PM to 6:30 PM at the Trump National Golf Club.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the UVA Health Foundation.
