He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis S. Quinn Sr. and Alicia Githins Quinn; and his brother Francis S. Quinn, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Gertrude Quinn; his sibling's children, Robert Quinn (Norma Quinn), Michael, William Quinn and Mary Setter; and his godchild John-John Gregory.
