She was predeceased by : her parents, John H. Warfel and Helen Warfel (Mathews); her husband Dale L. Andrews; and her brother Robert M. Warfel. She is survived by : her children, Beth and David; her son-in-law Greg; and her grandsons, Ross and Sam.
