He was predeceased by: his wife Louisa Kerr Kennedy; his siblings, Gwendolyn Kennedy and Jean Kennedy Trojanowski; and his parents, Roy Webb Kennedy, Sr. and Lillian Mason Dwyer Kennedy.
He is survived by: his daughters, Kimberly Kennedy Haynes (Sean) of Stevensville and Corinne Kennedy Webb (Donald) of Charlottesville; and his granddaughter Taylor E. Welch.
