She is survived by: her brothers, George F. Tinsley and Frank A. Tinsley; her sisters-in-law, Ann C. Tinsley and Ina J. Tinsley; her goddaughter Barbara Tinsley; and her nieces and nephews, Catharine Moody, Betty Sutton, Philip Bell, Jasper Bell, Jimmy Tinsley, Bobby Tinsley, Boyd Tinsley and Lee Tinsley. She is also survived by great nieces and great nephews; adored cousins; cherished other relatives and friends.
