He was predeceased by: his parents, Steve L. Sklany and Mary Koscum Sklany; his wife Shirley Madeleine; his siblings, Joanne Davick and Steve Sklany; his son John Steven Sklany; his grandchildren, Maline Leigh Spaid and Jessica Amanda Dalton; and his aunt Vickie Koscum David.
He is survived by: his sisters, Angeline "Angie" Holmes (Bob) and Patty Czech; his children, Vincent Sklany, Therese "Terry" Hendrickson (Tim), Elizabeth Graves, Bernadette Dalton and Jill Zimmerman; his grandchildren, Heather Spaid, Jeremiah Spaid, Christy Krammes, Kevin Sklany, Noelle Hunt, Erica Dalton and Christopher Dalton; and his great grandchildren, Caleb Liam, Gabriel Alexander, Jackson Rivers, Evelyn Joyce, Nathan Christopher and Mason Alexander.
