He was predeceased by : his parents, Walter Harris and Helen Ogburn Harris; and his brother Charlie Willie Harris. He is survived by : his siblings, Judith Harris Freeman of Chase City, Christine Harris Barlow of Richmond, Helen Harris Barnes (David) of Chase City, Ray Donald Harris (Iva) of Sicklerville and Edith Harris Walker (James) of Garner; his uncle Charles Moses Gray (Juliet) of South Hill, Virginia; his aunt Sadie Gray Pickney of Newark; his niece Lisa Dodson; and his close friend Barbara Roberts of Chase City, Virginia.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, cousins and friends.
