It is with great sadness that we announce the death of LaVerne W. Blankenship of Chase City, Virginia, who passed away on February 6, 2024, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her brother Larry Williamson. She is survived by : her husband Wayne Blankenship; her children, Donna Coleman (Raymond), Mitch Blankenship (Kerry) and Trudy Baugh (Tom); her sisters, Bonnie Lamb and Sybil Robertson; her sisters-in-law, Margie Williamson and Mary Ann Chisholm; her grandchildren, Stephanie Inge and Christopher Coleman (Tammy); and her great grandchildren, Aiden Coleman, Dylan Coleman, Sydney Inge and Jessa Inge.
