It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lester Jeremaine Pleasant of Chase City, Virginia, born in Halifax, Virginia, who passed away on October 14, 2020, at the age of 43, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Cindy, Bo Staten, Algie, Elsie Pleasant and Sandra Wilson.
He is survived by: his parents, Leslie Pleasant of Chase City, VA and Audrey Brooks Pleasant; his children, Brian, Damion Pleasant of Drakes Branch, VA and Keyannah Pleasant (DJ) of Georgia; his siblings, Hope Brooks and Richard Pleasant (Tiffany) of Broadnax, VA; his nephews, Jayshon Puryear and Darius Smith; and his close friend Jeannie. He is also survived by seven aunts, six uncles, a host of nieces and nephews.
Public viewing will be held on Monday from 2:00 P. M. until 6:00 P. M. Due to Covid-19, a mask will be required for all viewings and services, and we ask that you practice social distancing.
