He was predeceased by: his daughter Cynthia Wade; and his parents, Herman Wade and Lurline Wade. He is survived by: his wife Lucinda "Cindy" Wade; his son Darrell Wade (Michelle); his brother Thomas Wade (Linda); his grandchildren, Braelyn Wade, Kinsley Wade and Eryn Hottle; his great grandchildren, Tristyn Hottle and Lily Hottle; and his sibling's children, Dedra Love (Chuck) and Dwayne Wade.
