With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Raymond Dudley Toone of Chase City, Virginia, who passed away on October 23, 2022 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his father William Dudley Toone; and his son William "Billy" Toone. He is survived by : his wife Betty Toone; his daughters, Leslie Tucker of Chase City, Laura Ekovich (Eric) of Sneads Ferry and LuAnn Morrow (Bobby) of Richmond, Virginia; his daughter-in-law Kim Toone of Alexandria, Virginia; his grandchildren, Richard McSpadden, Tiffany McSpadden, Jayson Ekovich (Katie), Jaclyn Sterling (Marshall), Jordan Grubb (Alex), Anna Martin (Chris), Christian Morrow, Katie Morrow and Alex Toone; and his great grandchildren, Camron Fritter, Dorian Wood, Noah Wood, Lily Belden, Colt Sterling, Alena Grubb and Zoey McSpadden.

Memorial contributions may be made to First Baptist Church, 206 E. Second St. Chase City, Va. 23924.
