She is survived by : her husband Richard James Niesen; her children, Dale Reed Adkins (Karen Phelps) of Ruffin, NC., Mandy Niesen of Charlottesville, VA. and Michelle Niesen of Charlottesville, VA.; and her grandchildren, Dakota Reed Phelps and Dalton Shane Phelps.
