She was predeceased by: her parents, Jimmie Sorey and Mildred Wilson Sorey; her daughter Tammy Baker; and her brothers, Ronald Jean Sorey (Gloria) and James Marvin Sorey.

She is survived by: her sons, Sam Trexler of Chesapeake and Robert Warf of Chesapeake; her sister-in-law Edith Sorey of Chesapeake; and her grandsons, James Trexler, Jr., Tyler Trexler and Austin Trexler.
