She was predeceased by: her husband Charlie Phelps; and her parents, Rena Tolson and Elwood Tolson. She is survived by: her stepchildren, Charlene Phelps and Billy Phelps. She is also survived by five sisters, three brothers, and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
