She was predeceased by: her brother George Lewis Bensley Junior; and her mother Mary. She is survived by: her siblings, Norman Hess of Bel Air, Maryland and Juanita Cooper of Elizabeth City; and her siblings' children, Annemarie B. Stavish of Moyock, Sue Bensley Fricker of Jacksonville, Florida and David Bensley of Gates.
Memorial gifts to the American Cancer Society or the Humane Society in lieu of flowers would be greatly appreciated by her.
