He was predeceased by: his parents, Coy L. Howell, Sr. and Evelyn Louise Cromwell Howell. He is survived by: his wife Linda C. Howell; his daughters, Paula Howell Retz (Gregory) and Beth Howell Forsyth (Dave); his grandchildren, William and Abigail Retz; and his sister Sue Minter. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and extended family.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Coy L. Howell, Jr. Memorial fund, for the benefit of the Disabled American Veterans.
