With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Deborah Moyer Harrison of Chesapeake, Virginia, born in Newport News, Virginia, who passed away on November 26, 2021 at the age of 68. She was predeceased by: her parents, Loring V. Moyer and Edith M. Moyer; and her husband Rev. Wayne C. Harrison. She is survived by: her daughter Holly N. Scroggins (Spencer); her granddaughter Ashley; her siblings-in-law, Fenton W. Harrison (Melinda) and Star H. Helms (Keith); and her friend Kimberly Winget. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and extended family.
