She was predeceased by: her parents, Beulah Shepard and Charles L. Williams, Sr.; her husband Merrill J. Hoggard; and her brother Charles L Williams Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Richard A Hoggard (Jan) and Susan Stephanie Warner; her grandchildren, William "Kelly" Hoggard, Richard A Hoggard Jr. and Kolby Gregory; and her sisters, Eda Mae Vongerichton and Dorothy Lee Marshall.
