He was predeceased by: his parents, John W. Witters and Kathryn Z. Witters. He is survived by: his wife Faye A. Witters; his daughters, Dianne S. Ruscher (Chip) of Tucson, AZ and Deborah S. Witters (Brad); his granddaughter Kristin Ruscher Puech (Philippe) of Dallas, TX; and his great grandchildren, Cole and Charlotte.
