She was predeceased by: her parents, John Francis and Greta McGee McElwee; her husband James "Jim" Gribble; and her siblings, Francis Merle McElwee and Sylvia Jean Riggleman.
She is survived by: her children, David Lee Gribble (J'en El) of Belington, Jeffrey Wayne Gribble (Naree Yookong) of Virginia Beach, VA and Deborah Lynn "Debbie" Lorenzo (Raymond) of Chesapeake, VA; and her siblings, Russell McElwee (Velma) of Beverly and Janet Sue Iseli (Bill) of Elkins. She is also survived by five grandchildren; and six great grandchildren.
