He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl S. Waddell and Beatrice Aquino Waddell. He is survived by: his wife Margaret "Peggy" Cowling Waddell; his sons, Earl Jr., David (Wendy) and Neal (Melissa); his grandchildren, Tyler, Thomas, Ashton, Maggie, Ryan, Landon and Sawyer; his siblings, Cecelia Harris (Ron) and James Waddell (Jane); and his siblings-in-law, Betty Cowling, Ray Cowling (Kate) and Bryan Cowling (Debbie). He is also survived by 8 nieces and nephews.
