He is survived by: his wife Delores M. "DeeDee" Lewis; his daughter Daria Forbes; his goddaughter LaToya McQuillia; his grandchildren, Ryan Forbes and Courtney Elliott; his great grandchildren, Jalani, Raheem and Milan; and his sisters, Anna Mae Hunt of Stanton, TN. and Alma Eberhart of Miami, FL.. He is also survived by other nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.
