James Bruce Oesting Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Bruce Oesting (Chesapeake, Virginia), born in Mequon, Wisconsin, who passed away on September 4, 2021 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Rachel Kelsey Oesting and Ralph Beck Oesting; and his brother David Oesting. He is survived by: his wife Carla Gallop Oesting; his children, Melinda Maher of Manteo, Dusty Gallop of Wanchese, Aiden Gallop of Kentucky and Bruce Oesting of Wanchese; his siblings, Sarah McLeod of Rhode Island and John Oesting of Seattle, WA; and his stepmother Roena Oesting of California. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
The family requests donations be made to Twiford Funeral Home to assist with the cost of Jim's final arrangements.
