He is survived by: his wife Janet DesCamp Neville (Jan); his children, Jenny Cernek (Neville) of Grantville, PA., Wilma Neville-Bright of Leon, WV and James Garland Neville, Jr. of Leon, WV; his stepchildren, Robin Hoyt of Hines, OR, Jacquie Grubb of Chesapeake, VA, John Kroll of Folsom, CA and Adam Kroll of Christiansburg, VA.; and his sisters, Louise Wright (Neville) of Gallipolis Ferry, WV, Barbara Hill (Neville) of Point Pleasant, WV, Donna Neville of Point Pleasant, WV, Mary Darst (Neville) of Leon, WV and Patricia Neville of Leon, WV.. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
