He was predeceased by: his parents, William Max Craig and Madalene Wammack Craig; his sister Alicia Smith; his brother-in-law Charles Keckhaver; and his nephew Douglas Keckhaver.
He is survived by: his wife Maria Luisa Rothmann-Craig; his children, Julia Craig Whalen (Timothy) and Charles Craig of Tucson, AZ; his sister Diane Keckhaver of Mountain Home, AR; and his sibling's children, Kathy Keckhaver Tilley (Amon), Sandra Woody, Susan Shephard (Ken), Sara Smith, Michael Keckhaver, Rex Smith and Harold Smith (Cher).
