He is survived by: his children, Edward Gregory Walker and Jennifer Brooks Williams; his grandchildren, Shawnyece, Shawntay, Tenasia, John Christian, MeKhia and Marques; his great grandchildren, Airanece, Aniyah, Elijah, Grayson and Jayce; his siblings, Annie Laura Brooks of Lamarque Texas, Velma Ruth Coleman of Lamarque Texas and Cecil Brooks (Eloise); and his sisters-in-law, Vivian Walker and Mary Brooks.
