He was predeceased by: his parents, Walker Waters and Lucy Evelyn Waters; and his sister Eleanor Glenn Bowles. He is survived by: his sister Helen Jeanean Mizell; his sibling's children, William Mizell, Ronald Wallace, Jean Parsons (Donald) and Barbara Phillips (Jerry); his great-nephews, Garry Ballance and Eric Phillips (Ellen); and also, Hayden and Jeremy. He is also survived by cousins and family members.
