She was predeceased by: her son James Edward Corprew; her husband Rudolph Edwards; her son Pernell Corprew; and her siblings, Everlena McCoy, Johnny Corprew, Herman Corprew, Harold Corprew Sr., Annie Black, Lonnie Corprew and Violethia Bell.
She is survived by: her daughter Ruth Corprew; her great-niece Nina Hunter; her cousin Novella Mitchell; and her close friends, Patricia Lamb and Linda Nelson. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other friends.
