He is survived by: his wife Elaine Robertson Forehand; his children, Troy Forehand (Kris), Dina Carter (Chad) and Alan Forehand; his grandchildren, Craig Forehand (Meri), Kate Fillenwarth (Jack), Ethan Carter, Max Carter, Luke Forehand and Charlotte Forehand; his daughter-in-law Gina Pacheco-Forehand; his friends, Ginger Courtney and Wayne Henley; and his pets, Dexter and Allie. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, his many friends and his puppies.
