He is also survived by eight grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to the Parkinson's Disease Foundation or Oaklette United Methodist Church in Chesapeake VA.
