He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Goins and Doreen Goins. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Jade, Emily of Aurora, N. J. and Gabriel; his siblings, Carlton "Tex" Goins, Carleen Wells (Rosser) and Mark Goins; and his mother-in-law Margaret Tyndell. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and extended family.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Michael A. Goins Memorial Fund, for the future benefit of the Chesapeake Jail Ministry and Triple "R" Ranch.
