He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Armstead and Barbara Armstead; and his siblings, Beverly Randall and Collette Armstead. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Armstead; his children, Lateasha Armstead (Crystal Armstead), Stevon Armstead (Renee Armstead) and Martin Armstead (Erikka Massie); his grandchildren, Aiden Armstead, Levi Armstead, Leia Rose Armstead, Anthony Carroll, Jakira Merriken and Clayton Bishop; and his siblings, Regina Lewis, Darlene Kinchen, Katheryn Armstead, Michelle Alexander, Robert Armstead and Phillip Armstead.
