It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Phillips (Chesapeake, Virginia), born in Norfolk, Virginia, who passed away on April 19, 2020, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Myers and Lucille Myers; and her sister Dianna Pennington. She is survived by: her husband John D. Phillips; her children, Marsha Crosby (Melvin), Kathy Tatem (Bryant), Cindy Leary (Buddy), Donald Basham, Jr. and Rory Basham; her sister Phyllis Bankston; and her grandchildren, Christine Penman (Darrin), Daryl Johnson and Benjamin Leary. She is also survived by nine great grandchildren; and three great-great grandchildren.
