He is survived by: his parents, Scott Patton Givens, Sr. (Kathy) and Lynda Long Givens (Jonathan Bean); his wife Tammy Bowen Givens; his son Tyler Givens; his sisters, Tabatha Givens Baker (Chris) and Sheila Givens Hudson (John Michael); his siblings' children, Claire Baker, Chase Baker and Joseph Hudson; his brother-in-law Justin Bowen; and his father-in-law James Michael Bowen.
