He is survived by: his daughters, Marilyn Cook (Ben Brundrett), Nancy Cook and Holly Cook-Wood; his grandchildren, Hollyn, Johanna, Megan (Matt Tunnell), Emma, Maggie and Elisabeth; his great grandchildren, Elsie Barrett, Silas and Addison; his wife Jane Doddy Cook; and his brother Richard Cook. He is also survived by his daughters, grandchildren, great grandchildren, nephews and nieces.
