She was predeceased by: her mother Ramona Lee. She is survived by: her father James F. Lee; her husband Michael A. Perry; her children, Annelise Perry, Chloe Perry, Jeffrey Perry (Kat), Nathan Perry (Kat) and Kimberly Honrada (Ray); and her sister Melissa "Missy" White (Victor). She is also survived by 8 grandchildren.
