With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert P. Olson in Chesapeake, Virginia, who passed away on August 30, 2021 at the age of 90. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Robert P. Olson to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his former wife Ruth M. Olson; his wife Nancy Dorner Olson; and his brother David O. Olson. He is survived by: his children, Robert B. Olson (Maureen) of Glen Allen, VA, Katherine E. Springer (Cecil) of Valley Lee, MD, Ruth Chris Lawton (Mike) of Chesapeake, VA and Nancy E. Soles (Donald) of Smithfield, VA. He is also survived by six grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.
A small service will be held for family members only in keeping with COVID restrictions. Interment will be private.
