He is survived by: his wife Angela Simulcik Dodson; his sons, Ron Kelly Dodson and Kevin Philip Dodson (Amanda); his grandchildren, Keira, Blake, Tessa, Madison, Landon, Tatum and Cameron; and his brother James Dodson. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
