With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Scott Ferguson of Chesapeake, Virginia, born in Hendersonville, North Carolina, who passed away on August 7, 2021 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jess Caruso Ferguson Sr. and Elizabeth Hutchinson Ferguson; and his siblings, Thema Thomas (Dudley) and Jess Ferguson, Jr. (Eunice). He is survived by: his wife Florence Davis Ferguson; his daughters, Crystal R. Ferguson of Manassas, VA and Keisha Long (Kevin) of Lawrenceville, GA; his grandchildren, Kaitlin Long of Atlanta, GA and Miles Long of Lawrenceville, GA; his sisters-in-law, Mary Jane Davis of Suitland, MD and Alexina Davis Hairston of Suitland, MD; and his friend Master Craftsman. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
