He was predeceased by: his father Albert Lazernick; and his brothers, Eugene and Lee. He is survived by: his mother Thelma Fay Goldman Lazernick; his wife Joanne; his children, Samara (Shane), Jennifer (Kleyton), Mandy (Philmore) and Joshua; and his siblings, Marlie (Dave), Brad (Judy) and Ernie (Joe). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and life-long friends.
COVID-19 protocols dictate the use of masks and social distancing for those who plan to attend. Due to the continued risk of COVID-19 transmission there will be no gathering after the funeral, and family members will participate in religious services at their respective houses of worship.
