She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert C. Howard and Dolly L. Howard; and her husband Richard A. Carroll. She is survived by: her daughters, Rachel (Debra), Hoferkamp (Richard Allan Hoferkamp, Jr.) and Kimberly K. Carroll; her son-in-law Patrick J. O'Brien; her stepson Richard R. Carroll; her grandchildren, Brooke, Brett Davis, Tristan, Mackencie, Macgyver Hoferkamp, Patrick and Richard O'Brien; her sister Margo Annie Zandi; her close friend Millie Broocke; and her pets, Kayla and Branson. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Alzheimer's Association.
