He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Sullivan and Mary Sullivan. He is survived by: his wife Susan Sullivan; his children, Shannon Wallace (Andy), Lauren Farmer (Adam), Brian McGuire (Lani) and Danny McGuire (Katherine); his grandchildren, Drew, Tyler, Ashlynn, Hayden, Jarrett, Pilar, Shane, Brian and Jessica; and his brother Jeffrey Sullivan. He is also survived by other family members and dear friends.
