He is survived by: his wife Pamela Smith Wise; his children, Michele Caro (Joseph), Lisa Maxwell (Kenneth) of Norfolk and Jeffrey; his grandchildren, Kristina (Kyler), Joseph Jr., Stephanie (Matthew) and Michael; and his great grandchildren, Taylor, Marcelia, Ava, Mylah, Alden, Ashton and Jack.
