It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Woodrow Leiburn Stanley Jr. of Chesapeake, Virginia, who passed away on October 15, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Woodrow Stanley and Bertie Stanley; and his wife Grace. He is survived by: his stepchildren, Ann-Mary, Joseph, Edmund, Thomas and Maureen. He is also survived by spouses, numerous step grandchildren and great-grandchildren, who viewed him as a loving grandfather, and his loving friends.
