She was predeceased by: her parents, Elias Wines and Mamie Wines; her husbands, Charles Mahoney, Garlen "Shorty" Seal and Paul Foster Sr.; her children, Richie Mahoney, Randolph Mahoney, Paul Foster Jr., Darlene Strong and Patricia Miner; and her siblings, Ford Lee Haun, Guy Robinson, Roger Haun, Truin Wines, Wally Wines, Daisy Jones, Marlen Wines, Mazie Williams and Hazel Williams.
She is survived by: her children, Glenn Mahoney, John Foster, Terry Foster, Joyce Allen, Teresa Judd, Debbie Brogan, Nita Shafer and Vickie Campbell; her siblings, Ray Wines, Lou Williams, Virgie Ubben and Mae Oliver; her children-in-law, Tom Shafer and Karen Foster; and her grandson Matthew Shafer.
