George Albert Hester Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George Albert Hester of Chester, Virginia, who passed away on August 28, 2021, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, George Hazel, Lila Marvin Hester, Ernest Albert and Clara Sandy Foster. He is survived by: his wife Sherrie Dove Hester; his children, Brianne D. Gunn (Stefan), Amber Marie Hoge (Sonny), Jeremiah William Duty (Kelly) and Nicholas Allen Duty; his parents, George Marvin and Sandra Foster Gentry; and his grandchildren, Buggy, Zeb, Lil Vaeh, Abbi, Boofie, Gavin, Cheese, Turtle, Destiny and Sydnee. He is also survived by numerous siblings, nieces, nephews, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in his name to the Susan G. Komen for the Cure, 1403 Johnston Willis Dr, Richmond, VA 23235.
