Webb; his parents, Carl E. Bernard, Sr. and Wanda Ann Bernard; and his brothers, Kirk J. Bernard (Elizabeth), Keith E. Bernard, Kris M. Bernard (Yolanda) and Corey L. Bernard (Naima).
