He was predeceased by : his parents, Thurman Gilbert and Jessie Mae Woodfin. He is survived by : his siblings, Horace, Junie, Melvin, Jr. and Lorraine Pritchett; his wife Elizabeth Price Woodfin; his children, Lonnie Woodfin (Martha) and Lisa Boyle; his grandchildren, Russell Tuttle (Hannah) and Kristopher Boyle; his stepsons, Danny Dykes (Debbie Cousins) and Tommy Dykes (Kim Bostic); and his stepgrandson Daniel Dykes (Nikki Cavey). He is also survived by three step-great-grandchildren; and other extended family.
