She is survived by: her son Richard Garland Fulghum; her siblings, Nancy S. Primm (Larry) and James G. Spencer, Sr.; her sister-in-law Lynda W. Spencer; her grandsons, Kevin Fulghum, Keith Fulghum, Cameron Fulghum and Daniel Bryant; her great grandchildren, Tessa Fulghum and Wyatt Bryant; and her friends, David L. "Polo" Hawkins, IV (Brianne), H. T. and Penny Baroody. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
