He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Larry Doyle and Ruth Doyle; his children, Peggy A. Riley of Chincoteague, VA, Charles Brittingham (Doris) of Wallops and Nancy L. Bailey of Laurel, DE; and his grandchildren, Sylvia M. Bell (Kevin), James E. Haley, Jr. of Chincoteague, VA, Michelle L. Rohr (Bill) of Shippensburg, PA, Charles Brittingham, Jr. (Jennifer) of Dagsboro, DE, Michael S. Brittingham (Kellie) of Dennisville, NJ and Steve Bailey (Lisa) of Seaford, DE. He was also cherished by seventeen great grandchildren and eight great-great grandchildren.
